This year several hundred men (over 20 from Grace!) will gather at LakeChampion for the annual Northeast Men’s Retreat. We  get away for a few days to think about the things that  are really important in our lives … our families, jobs,  relationships with friends and co-workers … and with God.   Join us and reflect on what’s really important in your life.   The weekend offers a great chance to bring focus to your  life and to your faith, to be challenged by an excellent  speaker and to make important  decisions. We meet together for  four sessions during the weekend  to hear our speaker and to enjoy some great music. There is also plenty of time for some recreational fun, a quiet walk, or even a nap.  The retreat formally begins with dinner at 7:30 on Friday night. Some men come early on Friday to bike, fish, or just relax. Please remember that lunch is on your own.  Those playing in the golf outing usually arrive on Thursday night to be ready for the shotgun start on Friday morning.  We conclude the weekend by Noon on Sunday afternoon so we can all return home at a reasonable hour.

Cost is $87 (plus bring money for two meals while traveling). Registration deadline is May 27. Pay in full here online (below), or get $25 deposit to office or Bob Hogan (scholarship assistance available talk with Bob). 

There will also be a signup in the Connector Hallway for who's driving, riding.

There will be a Men's breakfast put on by men, for men! Bring a friend too! The cost is $2.00.

The time will be 8:33A.M. till 10:00 A.M. in the all purpose room. Come out and hear what the ministry to men has on tap this coming year and listen to one of the brothers tell his story! Our goal is to leave no man spiritually hungry! IronWorks is turning up the heat!!!

The retreat begins Fri., Sept. 26, and concludes at noon on Sunday, Sept. 28.

The guest speaker is Bruce Main -Executive Director of UrbanPromise Ministries in Camden, NJ.  Cost is only $130. Here’s a chance to get away and think about things that are really important: our families, jobs, relationships…and God. Bring focus to your life and your faith, be challenged by an excellent speaker, and make important decisions. This is a great opportunity to invite an unsaved friend or co-worker! We’ll meet together for 4 sessions to enjoy laughs, good music, and inspiring presentations. There’s also plenty of time for recreational fun (think zip line or Frisbee golf!), a quiet walk, or even a nap. A golf outing is planned for Thursday. Our speaker for the weekend will be Tony Sundermeier. Tony is husband to Katie, father to Jonny (6) and Luke (1),and a follower of Jesus Christ. He currently serves as the Preaching/Teaching Pastor at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in West Chester, PA. With an undergraduate degree from EasternUniversity and Master’s degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, Tony is currently working on his doctorate at Biblical Seminary with a focus of missional leadership. Tony has served church communities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Bonn, Germany. A passionate communicator who is relevant and authentic in content and form, Tony has been a guest faculty member at seminaries and speaks at churches and conferences around the country.

Mail in your registration (Brochure attached to this posting) and mark your form "Grace Presbyterian - Dover" to get a bunk in the same building as the rest of the Grace guys.  

Please note that you can arrive on Thursday or Friday.  If arriving Thursday, you can play golf with some of the guys or just hang around the camp and take advantage of the facilities -- canoeing, frizbee golf, etc...
