It is a day to celebrate our next generation and praise God for how He is raising them up to love and fear him in our church. It is also a reminder that we are called to aid families in discipling the next generation to become godly disciples.
Next Gen Meal
Continue the celebration of our next generation by joining your church family for a kid-themed meal on June 4 at 11:45 AM. We will have a time of fellowship and games for the children out by the pavilion immediately after service, while preparations for the meal are being made in the APR. If you wish to bring a dish, please sign up for your favorite kid friendly item. We encourage you to plan to attend this fun celebration! Contact Beth Barr (302.222.1231) with any questions.
Drawing Contest
We are having a fun drawing contest for Next Generation Sunday on June 4th. We are giving our children the opportunity to design our Order of Worship cover!
WHO: children under 18 years
WHAT: draw, paint, color, create an image of either the Grace Church logo or one of the Grace Church stain glass windows on 8 ½ x 11 plain white paper. Do not use a number 2 pencil or any computer graphics/ editing.
LABEL: your art with your name and age.
DUE: May 28 – please place on the office desk or into Sue Brown’s church mailbox
