The Building and Grounds Committee has scheduled a churchyard clean-up day for Saturday, March 16, 9:00 AM until noon. Volunteers are needed to help weed, rake and mulch planting beds. Bags of mulch will be provided at the site. Rain date will be on Saturday, March 23 (same times). Areas covered by Landscape Agreements can be done on the clean-up day or at any time prior to March 23. The goal is to have the site completely dressed up for the Easter week activities.
Those individuals that would like to help, but will not be available that day or are not physically able to participate, may
still help by contributing to this year’s mission trips in trade for the mission trip participants working on the clean-up day for them. Those who would like to help in this manner may simply make out a check to Grace Presbyterian Church with a note marked Youth Missions for the mission trip to Fairmont, WV and Adult Missions for the trip to Panama. If your check is simply marked Mission Trips, it will be split between the two trips.
