In this season of Lent, we are encouraged to participate in forty days of special devotion to God as we reflect on Christ’s journey to the cross, His suffering, and His victory over sin and death for us. This year, our church is adding two ways to help you in your devotions during Holy Week:
1. A Holy Week devotional on Lamentations will be offered both physically and digitally to help you reflect on the sufferings and sacrifice of Christ, and how He gives us hope amid our own trials of life. 2. Holy Week text messages will be sent starting on Palm Sunday to help you remember and meditate on what Jesus was doing at that particular time of the week, especially on Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
